Overview
If you love tulips and spring flowers but want to avoid the crowds, the Poldertuin is a hidden gem. This charming garden, often called a 'small Keukenhof', features beautiful hyacinths, daffodils, and tulips in bloom from mid-March to mid-May. Most of the tulip fields are in this area, and we’ll make a stop at the fields to capture some stunning photos. This private tulip and windmill tour will take you through the charming villages of De Rijp, and on the UNESCO Herritage list reclaimed land of the Beemster. Visit a 17th-century windmill that helped reclaim land and learn about life inside. Enjoy a Gouda and Edam cheese tasting at a local farm, experiencing the best of tulips, windmills, and Dutch flavors.
