Upon arriving at An Nhien Garden Restaurant, An Nhien Garden's storyteller is to welcome the guests and give them a tour around the establishment, starting with the Ancestral Home of a family with nearly half a millennium of history living on the same land. Here, the guests will hear stories of the origin of An Nhien Garden's owners' family dating from 1558 until today as they are invited inside one of the most traditional ancestral homes of Hue city.
After the historical and cultural stories, guests are shown the Open Space Art Exhibition with 50+ artworks ranging from ancient rock arrangements to contemporary sculptures and abstract paintings.
Finally, guests are to sit down and begin the cookery class, instructed by An Nhien Garden's chef. Our chef will show guests how to make two of the restaurant's most popular dishes: Fig and king oyster mushroom salad, and An Nhien rolls.
A full-course meal is included in the package and will follow as soon as the cookery class is finished.
