Armed with this info we hit the trail with stops at 2-3 distilleries. The grand finale distillery is sipping from barrels with the owner and an opportunity to bottle your own and have it signed. Your super host will fill you in on the facts, and the juicy gossip of the industry. They will point out master distillers, 4th generations, and must purchase bottles.
