Your experience begins with pasta-making: the chef will walk you through the process of mixing, kneading, and rolling fresh pasta dough, followed by preparing delicious sauces that will elevate your dish. You’ll gain hands-on experience making sauces such as tomato or Alfredo
Next, you’ll dive into the creation of the iconic tiramisù. With the chef’s expert guidance, you’ll learn how to layer mascarpone cream, soak the perfect ladyfingers, and assemble this beloved Italian dessert.
during the entire class, you will taste a selection of Italian wines.
1 Rosè, 2 Whites, 1 Red and to conclude a typical Roman wine.
The experience wraps up with a traditional limoncello to finish the meal in true Italian style.
