Grand Friday MosqueAlso known as the Islamic center of the Maldives, it is named after one of the most celebrated Maldivian hero, Sultan Muhammad Thakurufaanu Al Auzam of the Maldives. Up until 2021, this remained the largest mosque in the Maldives. This Center serves as a conference hall, an Islamic Library and also houses Ministry of Islamic Affairs of the Maldives.
