Our Anchorage Wilderness & Wildlife Tour is the perfect day trip for travelers who want to see authentic Alaska — up close and personal — without venturing too far from the city.
We begin with a short tour of Anchorage and then onto a scenic drive along the Glenn Highway.
At the Reindeer Farm in Palmer, you’ll have the rare chance to feed and interact with reindeer, moose, alpacas, and more. This hands-on experience is a guest favorite and a memory you’ll never forget!
Next, we'll head up into the mountains to the stunning Hatcher Pass, Depending on the season, you may see snow-dusted peaks, wildflowers, or golden tundra — and enjoy a peaceful walk near Summit Lake or along the Little Susitna River.
