One of the classic choices for tacos here in Mexico is tacos Al Pastor. Take a slice of authentic Mexican culinary back to your hometown and impress your friends and family. We will show you how to shop for and make the famous Al Pastor tacos in the form of "Trompitos" like the are prepared by the street vendors with the meat on a spit. Become our guests as the preparation process will all be done in our family kitchen at our local home here in Cozumel. Meeting point
The meeting point will be right outside of the entrance of the Chedraui supermarket. This Chedraui has two entrances. The correct entrance for our meeting point is the side where the undercover parking is. Your host will meet you on foot right outside of the doors by the stairs.

We will show you how to choose ingredients that are both available in our local supermarket and yours at home. Then we will invite you into our home and teach you how to prepare your Al Pastor Trompitos as well as salsas, frijoles charros and a special Mexican beverage. Finally we sit at the dinner table and taste our mouthwatering masterpieces. Provecho!
