After a scenic 1-mile Riverside Walk, you'll enter the river to begin hiking The Narrows, a slot canyon adventure with beauty at every turn. With a knowledgeable local guide, you can focus on the experience, while we handle safety, gear, and timing for an unforgettable day.

Zion Canyon ShuttleAfter getting your Narrows Gear Kit (included with tour) we'll enter the park and ride the Zion park shuttle to the Temple of Sinawava to begin the hike to The Narrows.

The NarrowsThe Narrows is Zion National Park’s most unique and immersive hike, where the trail is the river. This slot canyon adventure offers endless beauty at every turn, from narrow corridors just 20’ wide to open chambers glowing with reflected sunlight. After the scenic 1-mile paved Riverside Walk, you’ll wade through the Virgin River, surrounded by towering sandstone walls that rise 1,000’ overhead, hanging gardens, and Mystery Falls. Water height varies, with many areas below the knee, but some sections that are waist-deep for most adults.

Zion Canyon ShuttleFollowing the hike we'll ride the shuttle back to the Zion National Park Visitors Center and return the Narrows Gear kits.
If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
