Enjoy this restful practice, holding yoga poses for a longer duration using props like bolsters and blankets. It is a practice of deep relaxation that emphasizes the meditative aspect of yoga, the union of body and mind. Through the use of binaural music, written in 432 hz (universe vibration), essential oils and props for support, the postures are held almost effortlessly. Restorative yoga is a restful practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching, you may hardly move at all, doing just a few postures over the course of the session. This is a completely different experience than most other styles of yoga. Restore your body, your emotions and your mind into the silent of the island, in the heart of downtown, surrounded by the most beautiful, crystalline and peaceful sea in the world, the caribbean sea!

We are infront of the international hospital, a building of three floors with a glass door. Just ring the bell, we'll be waiting for you at the lobby.
We will have a restful practice that is all about slowing down, and opening your body through passive stretching in the studio, at the garden. In this restful practice we will hold yoga poses for a longer duration using props like yoga blocks, blankets and bolsters. You may hardly move at all, doing just a few postures over the course of 90 minutes.
If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
