Sound baths are performed all over the world as a tool to supplement yoga and meditation as a form of "sound healing".

Characteristics of Sound Baths
Sound baths are an experience of "listening to music", but they are held in an atmosphere more like a "yoga lesson" than a "concert".
You will be surrounded by the sound,
not the melody.
Sound baths use 432hz handpans,
crystal bowls, and singing bowls, as well as 528hz gank drums, tingshas,etc.
Once finished, I will also guide you through meditation.
Then, after relaxing, I will introduce you to the wonderful hot springs and town nearby,
sound healing jorney around 60 min.
