Join Tere, her partner Colin, and their beautiful cat Tippi on their charming houseboat near Canary Wharf for an unforgettable Spanish cooking class in London. In this 2-hour cooking experience, Tere will guide you in creating an authentic Catalan meal in her small kitchen. She often visits her family in Barcelona, bringing back her favorite ingredients to use alongside the freshest local produce. During your London cooking class, you’ll learn to prepare 2–3 classic dishes such as pan con tomate with padron peppers (Catalan toast with tomato), tortilla de patatas (traditional potato omelet) or espinacas a la catalana (fresh spinach sauteed with raisins and pine nuts), and fideua or paella (either seafood, chicken or a vegetarian option). After cooking, sit down together to enjoy the meal you’ve helped prepare, accompanied by laughter, engaging conversation, and stories of growing up in London and Barcelona.
