In accordance with the previous section, the contracting party will not be entitled to a refund of the price of a product once the contract has been formalized and the content has been accessed or launched, unless the service is not provided automatically once the contract has been formalized. In the event that the service is not provided automatically, the cancellation and/or modification rules will be subject to the following conditions: Cancellations made within twenty (20) days prior to the start of the course will result in a full refund of the payment made (100%). Cancellations made between nineteen (19) days and five (5) days before the start of the course will result in a penalty of twenty percent (20%) of the reservation value. For cancellations made between five (5) days before the start of the course - no refund is possible.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
