Once your booking is confirmed, look out for a confirmation message from us. From here we will establish a pickup destination of your choosing and a pickup time depending on that day’s tide. We will also discuss your goals for your trip and decide which beaches you want to travel to.
On the day of your booking, we will arrive at your pickup destination with boards, leashes, and rash guards. All you need to bring is yourself and sunscreen! You may bring any belongings with you and they will be secure, but it is recommended you do not bring valuables.
We will travel to your desired surf break and begin with a stretch and theory lesson on land curated to your skill level and your goals. If you are beginner level, you will learn everything you need to know about water safety and how to get up on the board. Once everyone is feeling confident, we’ll spend 1.5-2 hours in the water catching and shredding waves! After the surf, fresh coconut water will be provided before our drive back. During our drives, don’t hesitate to ask questions about anything related to surfing or to Costa Rican life. We’re more than happy to stop along the way for whatever you may need (drinks, snacks, etc).
