Thingvellir National ParkWe will start the day with a visit to the National Park of Thingvellir. Both history and nature are making this park one of the most interesting sites in Iceland. You will begin the visit from a viewing platform on which your guide will tell you everything there is to know about this place. Your guide will then orientate you to another place in the park where he will meet you. The short walk along the tectonic plate is simply stunning. From this rendez-vous point, your guide will show you the way to the waterfall of Öxarárfoss, a man-made waterfall from viking times.

In this greenhouse, surrounded by 2-3m high tomato plants, we will enjoy a delicious lunch. Maybe you will also like to treat yourselves to a bloody mary?
