On this incredible day-trip from Reykjavik, you will leave in the morning on an 8-hour adventure; past lava fields and by horse and sheep farms. On the one hour drive from Reykjavik, hot coffee and cinnamon rolls will be served.
On the river, our guides will give you the lay of the land, the river and the gear you will use. Throughout your fishing experience they will support and make suggestions about where to fish and which tackle to use.
And at the end of the day, you can enjoy a meal of fresh fish and potatoes before heading back to Reykjavik.
Fly fishing: You can fish with nymphs, dry flies, or streamers.
Spinnings rod: You will use worms and lures - try them both and see how it goes!
