  • Dr. Sun Yat-sen Classical Chinese Garden
    Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden is a registered museum and one of Vancouver’s top tourist attractions. It is a unique venue for cultural programming and events, including guided tours, concerts, festivals, exhibitions, receptions, and educational programs. This Ming Dynasty-style garden-home is the first among its kind to have been built outside of China, and continues to be unique among the world as the result of the joint collaborative effort of community members, the Canadian Government, and the People’s Republic of China.

  • Robson Street was one of the first streets in Vancouver, and was named in honour of John Robson, Premier of British Columbia from 1889-1892.   • This is a statue to Canada's greatest sprinter! He competed in the 1960, 1964, and 1968 Summer Olympic games winning a bronze medal in the 100 metres in 1964. He won gold medals in the 1966 British Empire games and Commonwealth Games and the 1967 Pan American games. He set 7 world records and held up to 4 world records at the same time for years.   • This is a statue to the 18th century Scottish poet, Robert Burns. It was the first statue ever erected in the City of Vancovuer, and has some of his famous verses on it. (pass by)
