Dive into the flavours of Ikaria through an exclusive tour and tasting guided by the winemaker Nikos or Konstantinos. Explore the history of our cellars by sampling 5 rare wines and enjoy a 6-course homemade dinner accompanied by two wine pairings.

Winemaker’s Tour, from Cellar to Soil: Immerse yourself in history, tradition and artisanry as our winemaker takes you on a complete tour of the winery and nearby vineyards. Step back in time as you explore our traditional granite press, the clay amphorae where we ferment our wines, and our cultural museum featuring artifacts from Ikarian life and winemaking traditions.
Then hike to the vineyard of our grandfather Nikos’ vineyard to explore Ikarian biodiversity, learn about our soils and how the ecosystem works in and out of the garden.
Taste Across Vintages: Engage your senses in an intimate tasting of five rare and notable cellar wines. Guided by the winemaker, uncover the story behind each vintage while exploring the aromas and profiles that make each wine unique.
