- 🌅 Public Class Options: Join our welcoming community for public classes held on Monday at 7:30 PM, Wednesday at 7:30 AM, and Thursday at 5:15 PM.
- 🧘♂️ Each class lasts for 1 hour, providing ample time to connect with your breath and body through guided movements.
- 🌿 Our experienced human guide will lead you through a variety of postures, ensuring a supportive environment for all skill levels.
- 🧘♀️ Yoga mats, straps, and blocks are provided, allowing you to focus entirely on your practice without the need to bring equipment.
- 🌊 Experience the tranquility of our open ranch-style riverside platform, where nature enhances your yoga journey.

Join us for yoga on our jungle platform over looking the rainforest & Fortuna River. Ideal to get into a vinyasa flow, relaxing yin or restorative yoga class. We can customize any class and even go to where you are. Sound Therapy, Mentoring, coaching and trauma resolution also available.

Join us for yoga on our jungle platform over looking the rainforest & Fortuna River. Ideal to get into a vinyasa flow, relaxing yin or restorative yoga class. We can customize any class and even go to where you are. Sound Therapy, Mentoring, coaching and trauma resolution also available.
Our yoga sessions are custom-designed to incorporate different postures and connect your mind and body by activating your energy through breathing and flowing. We can explore a deep workout including stretching, relaxing and meditating. Come join us at our open ranch-style riverside rainforest yoga platform and “find yourself” in Costa Rica! You can also join our public classes Monday 7:30pm -- Wednesday 7:30am -- Thursday 5:15pm.
