A sensory analysis of four Prosecco DOCG Valdobbiadene Superiore di Cartizze sparkling wines will follow: 1 glass of Cartizze BRUT • 1 glass of Cartizze DRY • 1 glass of Cartizze BIO EXTRA BRUT • 1 glass of Cartizze BIO EXTRA DRY. We continue outside with a visit to the cellar and the organic vineyard where the methods of winemaking and some notions on the care of the vineyard and on the ORGANIC cultivation will be illustrated.
