Shared Tour: This is a shared party boat experience and the boat may be shared with other guests. The tour operates on a scheduled departure time.

Cruise Guests: Please provide your full cruise ship name, arrival port (Amber Cove or Taino Bay), arrival time and departure time at the time of booking so we can coordinate your pickup.

Meeting Point for Cruise Guests: Meet us at the main pier entrance, where our guides will be waiting with a sign displaying your name. Please note that pickup is not available inside the pier.

Hotel Guests: Please provide your hotel name at the time of booking so we can coordinate your pickup.

Transportation: Roundtrip transportation is included from Puerto Plata cruise ports and selected hotels. Transportation must be confirmed at least 24 hours before your tour.

Tour Duration: This is a 4-hour experience from pickup to return. Transportation time to and from Sosúa is included in the total tour duration, with approximately 2 to 2.5 hours on the water.

Tour Options: The Basic Tour includes nachos and seasonal fruit. The Deluxe Tour includes chicken skewers, nachos and seasonal fruit. Both options include the same shared party boat experience, snorkeling and open bar.

Children: Flotation devices for children under 3 years old are not available.

Adult Beverage Policy: Guests must be 18 or older to consume alcoholic beverages.

Rain or Shine: This tour operates rain or shine. Please check the forecast and dress appropriately.

Water Activities: Water activities may be restricted by local authorities due to weather or sea conditions.

Port Closure: If the port is closed to navigation by local authorities, you may reschedule your tour or receive a full refund.

No Port, No Pay: Guaranteed full refund if your cruise ship does not call at Puerto Plata.

Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
