Overview
Sunset beach rides offer a unique opportunity to enjoy horseback riding along the shores of Bergantin Beach and Boca Nuevo. Riders will witness the stunning sunset over Mt. Isabel de Torres while enjoying their adventure.
- 🐎 The ride lasts about 2 hours, including a stop for a soft drink at Elvis’.
- 🌊 During the stop, riders can gallop along the beach and ride into the ocean.
- 🌅 The experience allows for swimming with one of the horses that enjoys getting wet; don't forget your bathing suit!

We start at Rancho Lorilar in Sabana Grande. We head up the mountain to Muñoz and stop at a local canteen for a drink, returning through San Peña to the ranch.
- Residents of Puerto Plata proudly declare that theirs is the most beautiful beachfront boulevard in the Dominican Republic. And you will understand it when you see the multiple white sand beaches that line the main avenue of the city, each one with its name. Aside from beach days in the city center, the long, shaded boulevard sidewalk is ideal for morning or evening walks, the sunrises here are spectacular. You can also stop at one of the various bars and restaurants that line the Malecón, or take a bike ride along the bike path. Enjoy the breeze, have a sunset drink, or get some exercise by walking along the Boardwalk to Long Beach. Numerous events take place along the boulevard throughout the year, including the Puerto Plata Carnival. (pass by)
