Private Tour: This is a private party boat experience exclusively for your group. The boat is not shared with other guests.

Hotel Information: Please provide your hotel name at the time of booking so we can coordinate your pickup.

Transportation: Roundtrip transportation is included from selected Punta Cana hotels. Transportation must be confirmed at least 24 hours before your tour.

Pickup: Your exact pickup time and meeting details will be provided once your booking is confirmed. Please be at your designated pickup point at least 10 minutes before your confirmed pickup time.

Tour Duration: This is a 4-hour experience from pickup to return. Transportation time is included in the total tour duration, with approximately 2 to 2.5 hours on the water.

Tour Options: The Basic Tour includes nachos and fresh fruit. The Deluxe Tour includes chicken skewers, nachos and fresh fruit. Both options include the same private party boat experience, snorkeling and open bar.

Children: Flotation devices for children under 3 years old are not available.

Adult Beverage Policy: Guests must be 18 or older to consume alcoholic beverages.

Rain or Shine: This tour operates rain or shine. Please check the forecast and dress appropriately.

Water Activities: Water activities may be restricted by local authorities due to weather or sea conditions.

Port Closure: If the port is closed to navigation by local authorities, you may reschedule your tour or receive a full refund.

Late Arrivals / No-Shows: Guests who arrive late or fail to show up for their scheduled activity are not eligible for a refund.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
