Overview
This is a private tour only for you with round and private transport from Mexico city. About 2 important mexican culture times: prehispanic Teotihuacan (2000 years ago) and spanish new devotion (495 years ago). The first visit is the archaeological zone at 1 hour from Mexico city and it's world heritage. Teotihuacan (100 BC - 800 AD) is of one of the most important ancient civilization of America and one of the most prominent cultures in universal history with strong influence. You will visit these prehispanic remains made centuries before the Aztec empire in Tenochtitlan (the actual Mexico city). This is an amazing and magic archaeological zone with 3 amazing pyramids and a little museum. We do a stop in the famous Cave restaurant. Second visit is the Guadalupe's Basilica. In this saint place where according to faith the Virgin Mary appears to the indigenous Juan Diego in December 1531 and the miraculous imprinting of his image has been the Mexican main devotion for almost 500 years.

You will visit this little museum that contains original objects and vestiges found in the pyramids. We will know about the history and culture of Teotihuacan's civilization that lives from 100 b.C. to 600 a.D. We will visit the rooms where you can see many prehispanic handcrafts.

Teotihuacan PyramidsIn this route walking trough the Roadway of the Dead We will visit the Pyramid of the Sun (the biggest), the Pyramid of the Moon (We can climb it), the Quetzalpapalotl Palace, the Temple of the Feathered Conch Shell, the yard of the jaguars and the Temple of Quetzalcoatl.

After our tour We wil do a stop for lunch in this famous and popular restaurante La Gruta inside a big cave (the second option is La Cueva if we cannot to get a reservation in La Gruta). Also the second option is the other similar restaurant La Cueva also inside a big cave.

Basilica de Santa Maria de GuadalupeOur second transport is to the Virgin of Guadalupe Basilica.

Basilica de Santa Maria de GuadalupeWe will visit the entire religious complex: The new Basilica (where is the original and miraculous tilma from 1531), the Old and First Basilica, The saint area where the Virgin of Guadalupe appeared to Saint Juan Diego in 1531 and where is located the first chapel that Guadalupe requested to build. We will walk upstairs the Hill of Tepeyac (with small waterfalls and gardens). On the top We will visit the chapel of the flowers and you will have a beautiful view of Mexico city. This is the place where Juan Diego recollected the miraculous flowers in his cloak. We will visit the monumental sculpture named The Offering with two waterfalls. We will finish our visit with the small chapel dedicated to the Holy Water. You will have chance of buy religious stuff inside the religious complex. You can request us time for hear mass.
