Quito Old TownMorning departure to the old town declared by UNESCO like world heritage site. We will visit the “Basilica del Voto Nacional”, after that we will go to the Main Square and we will walk for almost 2 hours visiting: Archbishop, Presidential palaces, the Cathedral, Sagrario, Jesuit Company, and San Francisco churches.

Intinan Equator MuseumAfter the Down Town, we will go towards the middle of the world arriving in approximately 1 hour, here we will visit the museum of the site “Inti Ñan” where we will do different experiments to check the equal forces, equilibrium, and balance in the equator line, and we will also see replicas and original houses of the Andes and Amazonia. You can also stamp your passport with the Middle of the World stamp. Optional: We can go to the Middle of the World City instead of the Inti Ñan museum.

After the Middle of the World visit, we will go to the entrance to the Cable Car here we will take the cabin that will raise us to 2800 m.a.s.l. (9200 feet) up to 4050 m.a.s.l. (13300 feet) from this place, on a clear day, you can see around 10 to 12 mountains and volcanoes of the Andes mountain range and also can make a small walk to the viewpoints in the high area.
