In open water season we focus on the rescue at sea, relaxation and also survival techniques.
In ice conditions we focus on ice behavior, its effects and relaxation.
You can come as you are in normal seasonal clothing to a on-shore location agreed. We provide you with everything you need for the float. Locations may vary due to weather conditions.
