In the heart of Helsinki, try how it feels floating around in cold water staying completely warm and dry. With our instructor, hear about rescue at sea, hypotermia and about the benefits in starting ice swimming! Relax lying on top of the water or jump around on floating ice rafts during the winter season. Your choice! You can come as you are in normal seasonal clothing to a on-shore location agreed. We provide you with everything you need for the float. Locations may vary due to weather conditions.
