- 🎢 Sessions last approximately 90 minutes and are available up to three times a day.
- 👨🏫 No prior experience is necessary; all instruction and equipment are provided by our guides.

Mount Lofty Adventure Hub is located on the grounds at Wood House Activity Centre. If you are only entering the property for our experience you do not need to pay day entry. You are still required to check in at reception though for fire management.

Open every weekend and most days during the school holidays, the experience involves the 15-metre rock climbing and abseiling Adventure Tower, the 324m forest zipline (SA's longest!) and our all NEW unique 3-person Mega Swing! Sessions run for approximately 90 minutes and guarantee each participant a minimum of one try of each activity.
If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
