Come and cook with us! We'll show you how to turn a simple egg and a handful of flour into perfect pasta using only your hands. Special and inevitable ingredients for us: fresh ingredients, love and passion for good food.
You will know the dish and the history of the most famous dish of Italian cuisine, and all the forms in which it can be presented.
In one of the most historic restaurants in Piazza di Spagna we will guide you step by step teaching the simplest and oldest technique of one of the most famous culinary traditions in the world, which you can then repeat when you return home!
