- The important information need to know before: 1. We can't guarantee that guests will see the Aurora as it is an astronomical phenomenon. But we will definitely do our best to take everyone to catch the Aurora! 2. The departure time will vary depending on the sunset time. We will inform you two days before the tour starts. Below is the approximate departure time for each month: September: between 9-10 pm October: between 8-9 pm November - February: 8 pm March - April: between 8-9 pm 3. Please message us if you have any food restrictions or are allergic to any foods before the tour starts. 4. Please message us if there is a child under 5 years old or under 145 cm, and we will prepare child safety seats for you. (pass by)
