The first organic farm in Hoi An, run by a collective of 10 families, is our destination. We will visit the farm and learn about their sustainable organic farming methods and processes, which have become a model for agriculture in central Vietnam. You will harvest produce from the farm to prepare for the cooking class. Enjoy your own cooked meal with a view of the garden.
