Enjoy the scenic drive through Rwanda’s countryside, with opportunities for photographic stops along the way. Upon arrival at Akagera, check into your lodge and have some time to settle in. Later in the afternoon, head to Lake Ihema for a sunset boat cruise. Enjoy beautiful views across the lake while looking out for hippos, crocodiles and water birds along the shores.
