Turtle Canyons is a natural cleaning station where many turtles come to hang out and have their shells “cleaned” by the special Hawaiian reef fish which call this canyon home. Because of this turtles can be seen there 99% of the time and we feel confident guaranteeing that their will always be turtles on your trip. If no turtles are seen by ANY guests on your trip, we will gladly offer all guests one free return snorkel tour, to be used within 7 days, based on availability.
Please note:
While we can guarantee that there will be turtles at the snorkel trip, we cannot guarantee every individual will see a turtle, as this depends on factors outside of our control such as visibility, personal ability and participation.
The guarantee has no cash value, is non-transferable, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
