It lies about 10 miles (16 km) south of St Andrews and is one of the most picturesque villages in the region known as the East Neuk of Fife. We will enjoy this ancient royal burgh which gained this status way back in the 1300's and one of the most scenic harbours in the world.

Lady's TowerWe will visit the Lady’s Tower, a small historic stone tower built on the coast near the village of Elie, overlooking the Firth of Forth. It was built in 1770 and is known for an unusual and rather amusing story connected to a Scottish noblewoman.
