Samaria Gorge National ParkWe will only provide transfer from Chania to Samaria gorge. The gorge is 14km long, around 4-5 hours hike, there is a separate entrance fee of 5 euro per person. The whole gorge is stunning, you have to take shorts stops to enjoy the scenery and the beauty of nature. The gorge became a national park in 1962 particularly as a refuge for the rare kri-kri (Cretan wild goat). There are several endemic species in the gorge, as well as many other species of flowers and birds. After hiking Samaria gorge, you will reach Agia Roumeli village, where you could have lunch, swim and relax from the hike, and also buy the tickets for the boat, its 13 euro per person. At 5:30pm you will take the boat to Sougia village, a 45-minute trip, where I will wait to take you to Chania.
