Here, these high-level professionals, from marketers to beer technicians, produce, sale and export the famous "Donkey" of Santorini. At SBC, you will have the opportunity to: get information about the history of the place and the beer production process; have a beer tasting of 6 beers.

Ftelos Brewery SantoriniThis modern visitable brewery produces exquisite artisanal beer on-site, using signature local ingredients. Situated on the main road leading from Fira to Pyrgos village, FTELOS Brewery is nearly 4,800 square meters, including the production facilities, two beer-themed restaurants, and two tapas bars. Paying tribute to its origins FTELOS named its first bottled beer: the Blue Monkey beer. At FTELOS, you will have the chance to: be welcomed by a beer expert; have a beer tasting of 6 beers with a platter of selected delicacies; get information about the quality specifications and the ingredients of each beer served.
