Hatzidakis WineryThe winery was founded by Haridimos Hatzidakis and Konstantina Chryssou in 1997, with a commitment to producing wines that reflect the unique terroir of Santorini. They cultivate indigenous grape varieties such as Assyrtiko, Aidani, Athiri, and Mavrotragano, with a focus on organic and biodynamic viticulture practices. We will guide you into the winery and explain the process of producing wines. We will explain you each wine of the tasting!

Anhydrous WineryAnhydrous winery is located in Fira, it's one of the notable wineries on the island of Santorini. Apostolos Mountrichas the owner is one of the new winemakers on Santorini. Anhydrous means “without water” that reflects the land of the island. The wine tasting area is amphitheatric because it used to be an open air cinema! You will enjoy Greek lunch, each course will be paired with local wines!
