Casa Das RosasCasa das Rosas is dedicated to various cultural events, focusing on poetry and literature. There are soirées, recitals, book launches, plays, preparatory courses, exhibitions and other formats that promote poetry and art in general. The mansion was built in 1935, a time when the Paulista region was occupied by mansions of coffee lords. Designed by architect Ramos de Azevedo, it was inhabited until 1986, when it was expropriated by the State government. In 1991 it was opened as a cultural space.
