You will find the noodle are made in different techniques, such as hand-pulled, knife-cut or home-made along with shrimp wonton in beef soup. You can also choose sesame paste, scallion oil or braised meat sauce as topping. Join this interesting tour to discover the secret of Shanghai noodle and wonton. You will first go to the Dingtele restaurant (in Shanghai dialog means fantastic) hidden in local compound through the alleyways. Satisfy your appetite with mouthwatering noodles.
