For guest with mobility impairments, the Alcazar has many tiny steps that make the monument hard to navigate in a wheelchair, but it can be done. Please contact our Guest Experience team after booking the tour so we can arrange your visit.

This is a walking tour. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty.

The full names and passport numbers of all participants must be provided within 48 hours from the time of booking and must match the names on the ID/passport. Name changes are not permitted. Please make sure to email our Guest Experience team with the information. Failure to provide this information will result in your booking being automatically cancelled.

A Passport is required for every participant. Failure to bring one or a passport copy can result in the security staff refusing your entrance to the monument.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
