The activity will be in groups and will last about 2 hours. We will start with a welcome aperitif, with bruschetta, cheeses, cold cuts and a good glass of Sicilian wine. Then we will begin to put our hands in the dough. We will proceed with the preparation of fresh pasta, such as tagliatelle and ravioli filled with ricotta.
