To ensure the quality and sustainability of the service, a minimum charge equivalent to three guests applies—even for solo travelers or couples—as it helps cover operational costs and third-party platform fees. That said, the value of having a completely personalized, flexible, and immersive private experience makes it well worth the investment.

Child and Infant Seating: We do not provide car seats for children or infants, but parents are welcome to bring their own. For added convenience, infants may sit on a parent's lap; however, we recommend securing a separate seat for their safety.

Pickups are at 9:00AM or 10:00 AM: We pick you up anywhere in or out of Bandera's Bay. Our tours generally begin at your hotel lobby or residence or choice, including cruise ship visits at P.V. terminals, or selected villas. Please note that we operate on Jalisco local time (Pacific Time Zone).

What to Bring: Comfortable footwear and light clothing, medication (if needed), sunscreen and/or a hat, and a camera or smartphone.

Don't Forget to Bring Cash: Either USD or MXN pesos. This helps with tips and spontaneous purchases or extra activities you may choose during the tour. Some local treasures of Puerto Vallarta may only accept cash.

Restaurant and Tequila Facilities: Please be aware that the availability of restaurant and tequila facilities may vary based on current conditions, capacity, weather conditions and availability. Additionally, dietary restrictions may impact the options available to you.

Amenities and Services: Some amenities or services may be limited or unavailable based on occupancy or seasonal factors.

Flexible Tour Hours: Our tours are private, so you have the flexibility to choose your preferred duration. Please note that the total time do not includes for transportation and any potential traffic delays.

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
