At Lau Pa Sat, we’ll discover one of Singapore’s most iconic hawker centres, housed in an elegant cast-iron structure dating back to the 1890s. Its intricate Victorian-style columns, towering roof and octagonal layout reflect the city’s colonial engineering heritage. Inside, rows of bustling hawker stalls offer local favourites like satay, noodles and traditional snacks.
