We expect your time at the zoo to last between 4,5 to 5 hours, depending on the selected transfer option. Please contact the driver as soon as possible in case of delay during the pickup or drop-off

All the parking fees and road tolls are included in the price. Traffic jams and other delays will not increase the cost of the journey

We will arrange private transfers in a standard car (sedan) for groups of 1-4 people, and in a large van for groups of 5 people and more. If you're traveling in a smaller group but want to travel in a more spacious car, we recommend booking a tour for 5 people to take advantage of the van transport
