Elkano 1 - GaztaguneOur adventure begins with a short stop at a beloved neighborhood cheese boutique. The shelves are lined with more than 50 artisan varieties, each crafted with care and carrying its own story. We’ll choose a specially curated selection to enjoy later on—some flavors are worth building anticipation for.

Our following stop takes us to a contemporary bar celebrated for its young and inventive culinary team. Here, we’ll finally open that cheese tasting box, pairing it with a refreshing glass of natural wine. After that comes one of San Sebastián’s signature pintxos—vibrant, expressive, and unmistakably Basque, blending traditional roots with modern creativity.
