Snowshoes help to move about in snow conditions. The weight of the person who carries it is distributed over a larger area. This means that your feet don't sink into the snow.
The route leads through untouched landscapes. The view of the Bavarian foothills of the Alps and the Schliersee is particularly impressive. With good visibility you can even see the Karwendel. After the ascent, there is the possibility of warming up in a hut and strengthening yourself with tea and snacks. Then the way back can be started.
