After a welcome glass of Prosecco and Neapolitan appetisers, you will prepare traditional dishes such as gnocchi alla sorrentina, eggplant parmigiana and tiramisù.
Take part in every stage of the class, learn the secrets of Neapolitan cuisine and discover local traditions. Valentina will also share stories about family recipes and everyday life on the Sorrento Peninsula. Afterwards, enjoy the dishes with the other guests, accompanied by local wine, water, soft drinks, coffee and Sorrento limoncello.
The experience takes place in a peaceful garden, where you can also visit the family vegetable garden. In case of bad weather, the class will be held in a welcoming indoor dining room.
A completely free pick-up service from Sorrento is available upon request and subject to availability. Alternatively, take the Circumvesuviana train to Meta di Sorrento station, just one minute from the venue, where you will be welcomed and accompanied.
