Ciao, I am Terry and cooking is my great passion. I started when I was a child and I really love what I do, with me you can make an authentic italian menu.
I live in Sorrento in the historical centre, from my house there is a great view over the bay of Naples, Vesuvius and lemon groves.
A peaceful oasis where you can have dinner, sitting on my tiny romantic balcony.
My classes are for 4 people max, to have the right atmosphere and attention.
At the arrival you will find a welcome drink before starting the "hard work".
We will make a 4 courses menu, starting from scratch and in between there will be breaks to taste local specialities and socialize.
We will make step by step, fresh pasta, sorrentine meatballs or eggplant parmigiana, mozzarella in lemon leaves, tiramisu.
Mineral water, red/white wine, limoncello.
There are different menus, and no matter if you are vegetarian or celiac, I will take care of you.
If you like good wines, my kitchen is the right place, to drink the best wines of the region.
I am also an official archeological guide for Pompeii, that's why I can tell you so many facts about ancient recipes and ingredients.
