La Limonaia is a lemon grove located in the heart of Sorrento, thanks to our guided tour you will have the opportunity to know and taste the famous lemon "Oval" symbol of Sorrento and Massa Lubrense, known and in demand worldwide, produced exclusively in the area of the Sorrento Peninsula. During the visit will be illustrated the techniques of cultivation and production of the most famous lemon in the world. We will show you the process of growing lemon, its history and its use in ancient and modern cuisine. Following tasting of homemade jams accompanied by Provolone del Monaco, lemon oil, Sorrento nuts and a cold glass of homemade limoncello.
