We will sit in a quiet place at Eagle Beach under the sea grape trees, surrounded by birds, watching the ocean and the sound of the waves. We will begin with a guided meditation to connect with your body, soul, and mind in the present moment. We will continue to stretch our bodies, then we will proceed into a relaxed position to enjoy and connect our sound sense to feel the vibration of every instrument close to your ears.
