Skogafoss is a 60 meter drop waterfall that you can see up close. There is also an option to see the water from above by climbing the stairwell on the side of the waterfall. The drive from Seljalandsfoss is 20min.

Vik is approx. 30min away from Skogafoss and since this is the last stop the drive back home will take 2.5 hours

The black sand is naturally made of powdered lava.
