We will meet at Camping Mileco if we decide on that place beforehand, this place has bathrooms, dressing rooms, and camping places in case you want to stay.
Our activities consist of a trip and/or Sup Yoga and last approximately 2 hours. In this activity we first do warm-up exercises, then we teach you the techniques of paddling and positioning on the board, falls, then we get into the water board where a journey through the nature sanctuary begins in the position you choose, Later comes a class of Sup Yoga, Meditation and Sound therapy in the water. We deliver the complete equipment and photographic record.
If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
